Art on the Mart
Starting off with the Art on the Mart, enjoy a night next to the Chicago river viewing a variety of art shows projected on the Merchandise Mart building. Be amazed by the special diverse animated projections and listen to music varying from a lot of different artists and filmmakers. For the best view of the show, watch from the Chicago Riverwalk in between Wells Street and Franklin Street. The show is 30 minutes long at 9:00 and 9:30 every night repeatedly until the end of the summer.

Sundays on State
It’s Chicago’s busiest street, State Street, and it's closed on Sunday’s in the summer? Huh? Why? I’ll tell you why, Sunday's on State, Chicago’s biggest block party with food, drinks, art, events, and attractions is why! On every Sunday in Chicago until September 12, with the exception of August 1st and 15th, Chicago is hosting Sunday’s on State from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm. Even better, it’s free! Art Institute Chicago

Taste of Lincoln Avenue
Do you love food? If you do, visit the Taste of Lincoln Avenue. The Taste of Lincoln Avenue is on Saturday and Sunday, July 24 and 25th from 12:00 pm - 10:00pm and features food from over a hundred restaurants. It also offers live music, a kids carnival with lots of activities and games, and samples of food and drinks ranging from alcohol to candy. The Taste is completely free to attend and is located between Fullerton and Wrightwood Avenue. So don't let your stomachs growl any longer. Go out there and dance, enjoy yourself, and definitely EAT!
