Ravenswood Loft offers an inspiring and adaptable event space for occasions that range from intimate affairs such as private dinners and small gatherings to day or evening seated events up to 80, with 'cocktail style’ events welcoming to 100 guests. Hourly rental rates range from $125/hour- $200/hour, and all rentals include furniture as well as the set up of your desired floor plan. Additional items are available for rental, including service wear (plates, glasses, flat wear, cups), linens, PA with microphone and decor and planning services are available upon request.

We used Ravenswood Loft for my late wife's Celebration of Life. Everything was perfect: excellent communications, reasonable cost compared to other venues, very comfortable relaxed space, not too big/not too small, fantastic bartender, good parking - I could go on and on. The event came off so well, and I am grateful I found this event space on line. Maybe another long serving table would have been nice, but otherwise I can't think of anything that could be better. I'd give Ravenswood Loft 6 stars if I could.

Ravenswood Loft was the perfect location for our team offsite! The convenient location, flexible space, and affordability really make Ravenswood Loft special. We really love the natural light of the space. It helps our team truly reset and connect with each other. Nicolle is always amazing and is very accommodating with our schedule. The projector and speakers are wonderful for our presentations, and the storage closet is perfect for storing any supplies that we need to keep overnight. I highly recommend this beautiful space for anyone who is looking for a place to gather in the Ravenswood area!
