Together, you’ll roll out pasta dough, stir up flavorful sauces, and finish with a festive Italian dessert. Get ready for an Italian adventure the whole family can enjoy. This hands-on class is designed for children ages 6 and older to cook with their parents, families or guardians. Menu: Meatballs with Classic Marinara Homemade Fettuccine with Alfredo Sauce Oven-Roasted Broccoli with Parmesan Cheese Garlic-Parmesan Bread Tiramisu with Ladyfingers and Whipped Mascarpone Skills covered in class: Selecting ground beef and pork Preparing tomato and cream-based sauces Working with and rolling out fresh pasta dough Roasting green vegetables Working with fresh herbs Whipping cream In this hands-on class, students will be paired in groups of three to five and work together as a team to prepare the recipes.
